About the NFL Player & Team Comparison Tool

Put up to four players or teams side by side on the same stats, from any season back to 1999. Every stat row shows each player's value with a colored rank badge, and the leader's cell is highlighted, so you can read a matchup at a glance instead of scanning a wide table.

Use the same table presets as the stats database — Passing, Rushing, Receiving, Pass Rush, Coverage, General Defense, Kicking and Returns — and switch between Totals, Per Game, Per Snap and Per Attempt. Ranks can be measured against the whole league that season or against same-position peers.

Comparisons aren't limited to a single year. Combine several seasons into one cumulative column to compare a player's multi-year peak against someone else's single season, with counting stats summed and rates rebuilt from the totals rather than averaged.
